Before I took a long break from everything for the first time in 9 years, thanks to the global Covid-19 pandemic, I would have written the following about myself:

I am a qualified veterinarian, a certified life coach, a successful business owner and I love swimming.

Now I would say, I believe I am an open, powerful, peaceful, understanding person. I still love swimming and now I know why (long story).

​

I believe in the power of being truthful and speaking our truth (It's not easy but it's simple) so I share some thoughts and experiences with those who feel that they need a break (or a change) from what they are going through and have the courage to explore possibilities.

We might not have the exact or similar  story and experience but we most probably share going through our moments of doubts, falling in love, anger, joy, confusion, longing or disappointment.. so we can relate to each others' experiences.

We might have questioned our world, our chances, our feelings, our values, our appearance, our childhood, our partnerships or even the purpose of living.. etc.. so you are not alone.

 

Back to the pandemic, if it taught me anything it would be how to be more graceful and compassionate to myself and others, to give myself a break and enjoy life. During this break I learned (and still learning) that my life is my choice - redefined Life, Love, God, health, Relationships, Financial security, Responsibility and Wellness and this is what I can share with those of you who are questioning their life and evaluating their chances trying to put one foot in front of the other on their very own path.
